First version of the Main form that is able to pull all the required data from the SQL database. Holiday detection is disabled for this build. Fixed some bugs with the debug database conversion code. Still missing Ad Special data in the conversion code.

SetupProject

Updated the images in the installer and added a way for the installer to detect SQL (Tested on 64-bit) and .NET 4.5 (Untested).

StringInputParseTester

Created the first version of the table normalizing function to correct unbalanced tables. Can only add or update rows by scanning downward from the top of a table; cannot detect fragmentation in the middle of a table. (Think Drag and Drop/row position update fails.)
