Original source code used .A86 but I named them .ASM for GitHub to provide syntax highlighting. Now I've decided that it's better to keep the names original.
Added a half-done ASM.COM source reconstruction. It assembles back to the original binary, however a lot of labels and comments are missing. I hope @TimPaterson could scan his stack of assembly language printouts, as they will help to make the source reconstruction more accurate.
