Warren Toomey	14a2a9b10b	I've updated the top-level Makefile to build all the existing utilities. ... I've borrowed the V1 manuals from http://minnie.tuhs.org/cgi-bin/utree.pl?file=V1/man/man1 and changed them to reflect the PDP-7 utilities.	2016-03-02 19:39:41 +10:00
