Updated the serializer engine to add full end tags to all elements allowing the XML reader object to parse the generated XML more clearly.

Added a root "File" node to the XML engine. Fixed a bug that deleted the "SegmentTracks" node.

Updated the Main form to include subtitles in the details pane. Minor tweaks to the serializer engine. Focus my shift from this to FNRenamer from here.

Updated the Xml Serializing engine to ignore the "Segment, size" tag as well as stripping braces from tag names. Forced the engine to terminate a tag if its the last line processed.
