Updated the ProfileManager so that users can change the FolderGroup's name (a very hacky job but it'll do). Hooked up the FileViewers 'Update Databse' button so new files can be commited to the database.

Added the first stage of 'diffing' two snapshots. PrimaryFileTreeView now shows what files have been added, modified and deleted.

Introduced a concept of folder depth in the database code, and updated the Snapshot class to take advantage of it. Only working for a 'OneLevel' Folder Group type.
