First attempt at finding duplicate files. For now, and possible ever, this process will be a 'best effort' approach, so there will be false positives but this will most likely remain the case for the life of this program.

Updated the FileManager to reflect more where I think I want to go when comparing snapshots. Added a first try at detecting file renames in the Snapshot object.

Re-did the way the FileManager works. No more loading what's already in the data directly to a TreeView, instead only the diff between two profile folder groups will be loaded into that, more or less.

Started work on a cleaner more focused file manager form. The form will only be used to diff profile group folders, other tasks will be reserved for future forms.
