Re-did the way the FileManager works. No more loading what's already in the data directly to a TreeView, instead only the diff between two profile folder groups will be loaded into that, more or less.

Updated the ProfileManager so that users can change the FolderGroup's name (a very hacky job but it'll do). Hooked up the FileViewers 'Update Databse' button so new files can be commited to the database.

Introduced a concept of folder depth in the database code, and updated the Snapshot class to take advantage of it. Only working for a 'OneLevel' Folder Group type.

I believe the profile manager is finally done for now, I hope.... Added regex patterns to the folder groups to have a standard way to format file names in a given group.
