Quick crash bug fix with the row parsing engine where an existing, unchanged, header row is marked as dirty by the engine.

Cleaned up the table trimming methods. Group creation now proper marks rows as dirty when row attribute changes. Projections table processes successfully on the new modify record form.

Added support for color coding the DataGridViews' header cells based on row state (saved, pending edit, row error) and finished writing the last database writer function for cost analysis.

Fixed a bug in the Inventory and Actual Sales tables where the user could leave a row without an ad item. Fixed data type mismatch with the database insertion methods.

Removed a few unused columns and flags that didn't help improve the performance of the form or just made its code more cluttered. Created a separate method to handle calling the database writing code for the Sales Tables.

Set up Invoice DataGridView event handlers to validate user input and provide basic formatting for the contents of the cells. Updated the week ending masked text box to get a parsed DateTime value, just to make it look pretty.
