Added support for deleting records from the APC and invoice tables that have been committed to the database. Fixed the color coding bug where the Ad Special row would get the pending edit color instead of no coloring.

Updated the UI of the add record form. Added support to clear the APC tables if even one fails to be added to the database. Fixed a crash bug with the trimming operations where Header and Member Booleans would be null.

Finished validation code for the cost analysis, weekly sales and taxable. Fixed a bug with the update flag not being set if an ID number was set. Wrote comment and weekly sales database writing functions; untested.

Added dirty flags to the comments, cost analysis, weekly sales and taxable, as well as formatting, validation and auto summing for the latter two. The Tag properties of the check boxes for the dirty flags will contain the IDs.

Removed a few unused columns and flags that didn't help improve the performance of the form or just made its code more cluttered. Created a separate method to handle calling the database writing code for the Sales Tables.

Fixed a bug where the row row would get reported as the last row processed in all the database insert and update methods. Fixed a bug where the NewRow would get set as dirty if an ad special row was renamed with no members in it. Sales table compression and database methods tested and working.
