Cleaned up the table trimming methods. Group creation now proper marks rows as dirty when row attribute changes. Projections table processes successfully on the new modify record form.

Finished and tested database writing code for non table entities. Improved information reporting to the user, and created a new DbWriter object for table operations only.

Added support for color coding the DataGridViews' header cells based on row state (saved, pending edit, row error) and finished writing the last database writer function for cost analysis.

Fixed a bug where the row row would get reported as the last row processed in all the database insert and update methods. Fixed a bug where the NewRow would get set as dirty if an ad special row was renamed with no members in it. Sales table compression and database methods tested and working.
