glm94 ba5808443b Added a shrink changing form but the math seems to be off so it is disabled for the time being. Updated the interface on the main form and the modify record form to include the log viewer and the log console.

Configured the installer to display the program's icons, changed the banners on the install form and renamed the set up file's name. Very minor cleanup to the modify record's code.
