Created the first version of HTML code for the front form. Changed to the Pechkin HTML to PDF library. Removed the string tester. Fixed a bug with the main form where the APC tables would not be sorted by row position.

Renamed the database selector form to "Login Form" and updated its UI. Moved database initialization to the login form. Made the exit file menu option on the main form functional.

Created a "login" dialog form to grab the server name from the user. Now a valid connection must be made before the Main form loads.

Updated the main form's tools to include an option to delete the entire active year. Tweaked the ListViews in the three tool forms to disallow multi-select and made a slight change to the behavior of the filter combo box.

Updated the table class files to allow a nullable ad special ID and changed the enum in the new modify record form to a boolean. Added a form to manage ad special keywords, still needs to handle removing them properly.

First version of the Main form that is able to pull all the required data from the SQL database. Holiday detection is disabled for this build. Fixed some bugs with the debug database conversion code. Still missing Ad Special data in the conversion code.
