Created a new form to allow the user to check the database for internal errors. Needs more testing so this build will have the option not visible. Modified the login form to display database tools.

Updated the backup and restore functions to be more verbose and stable. Changed the version number slightly for appearance reasons. Fixed a bug on the Main Form that prevented it from refreshing the controls properly after all years have been wiped and after a database restore.

Implemented database backups and restores into the AdvertisingProfitControlData DLL and added a form, DatabaseRecovery, to manage the backups and restores. Updated the installer to include the data DLL file into the install bundle.
