Updated the main form's tools to include an option to delete the entire active year. Tweaked the ListViews in the three tool forms to disallow multi-select and made a slight change to the behavior of the filter combo box.

First test with the Wix Installer, writes a shortcut to the Start Menu and drops the exe into the Program Files (x86) folder.

Created forms to allow the management of ad items, suppliers and ad special keywords. Updated the database migration tool to include the ad special table. Cleaned up the main form's code and did a slight touch up of the interface.
