Fixed a bug where ad specials wasn't being processed properly. Updated the main form to add up all data in the Invoice Net Amount at Cost column instead of the Extended Retail column. Minor behavior fixes.

Renamed the database selector form to "Login Form" and updated its UI. Moved database initialization to the login form. Made the exit file menu option on the main form functional.

Created a "login" dialog form to grab the server name from the user. Now a valid connection must be made before the Main form loads.

Updated the SaveRecord method to detect if a date is already in the database. It now selects the next available week after prompting the user. Changed the behavior of the create new record menu item to select the week after the most recent date based on the year that is being worked on.

Updated how the record manipulation form behaves when adding new records, allowing the user to select a new date freely. May be the final update before the Entity Update.

Added a tool to remove an entire date and all records associated with it. Updated row deletion code to handle unbalanced tables or missing row IDs.

Minor UI changes after testing on the laptop. The add record form now selects Saturday based on the current date on start up.
