Moved the text formatting class to the data table parsing class. Slightly organized the code in the NewModifyRecord form.

Implemented database backups and restores into the AdvertisingProfitControlData DLL and added a form, DatabaseRecovery, to manage the backups and restores. Updated the installer to include the data DLL file into the install bundle.

Split the database objects out into a seperate project. Needs renaming in some areas and updates in the installer. Otherwise first version of a proper data DLL file.
